Popup box fills the screen, and everything "hidden" outside the display border is not accessible. For example no chance to switch traffic options in the navigation options menu. Maybe I can provide a screenshot later. H‌aven´t tried with 3.8.1 yet, but as far as I remember things were all fine with the versions before.
